Apple-Achian Apple Cider

This off-dry carbonated cider is apples all the way down. We spent years making complicated flavors by cofermenting apples with various fruits and honeys. This is our foil to that. By popular demand we have finally come out with a standard cider. Simple, unpretentious, just a classic cider.
Clean and crisp. Just a hint of sweetness to balance the light sour nature of apple.
Stone Mountain Strawberry Cider

Stone Mountain Strawberry Cider is a carefully crafted blend of strawberry and apple with enough lemon to balance out the ripe sweet strawberry flavor with citric tartness. The lemon addition is also functional as the oils in squeezed lemons counteract the foaming caused by natural strawberry lecithins, yielding a smooth and crushable carbonated cider.
Bubbly notes of sun-ripened strawberry jam play on the nose, rich velvety berry flavors follow lemon bursts, leading the palate to rich mouthfeel with a delightfully ripe apple-berry blended finish.
Strawberry-apple blend fermented and brite tanked to a light carbonation prior to canning.
Blue Ridge Blueberry Cider

Blue Ridge Cider is all about the blueberry. Originally a blueberry wine, we added some apples and bubbles and it became an instant hit, getting us our first cider. The flavor preference of the Blue Ridge is for ciders that taste just as sweet and tart as biting into the ripe fresh fruit. Classic mixer with moonshine over ice.
