Everything Nice is a vanilla bean and cinnamon stick spiced semisweet session mead with a honeyed citrus pop from blood orange and local spontaneous fermented honey.

Spontaneously fermented local raw honey; blood orange and whole vanilla beans and cinnamon sticks were soaked in secondary.
