This off-dry carbonated cider is apples all the way down. We spent years making complicated flavors by cofermenting apples with various fruits and honeys. This is our foil to that. By popular demand we have finally come out with a standard cider. Simple, unpretentious, just a classic cider. Clean and crisp. Just a hint of sweetness to balance the light sour nature of apple.
