A collaboration mead combining our spontaneous ferment session mead style with the chai blend developed by Chad's Chai in Winston-Salem NC.
Aromatic chai spices dance above the palate as earthy black tea tannins pull your taste buds into a lightly astringent honeyed tea, finishing with a pleasantly lingering spiced ginger note.
