By submitting this application, I acknowledge and agree that Stardust Cellars, its staff, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage to myself, my team, or my property that may occur during Harvest Mead Fest at Stardust Cellars on November 8th, 2025. I understand that participation is at my own risk and that I am solely responsible for securing my own insurance coverage.
I confirm that I hold all required licenses and permits (if applicable) and that my booth setup will fully comply with all relevant local health and safety regulations.
I understand the application fee is nonrefundable and does not roll into the booth fee if accepted. I understand there is a limited amount of spots and not everyone will be guaranteed placement for the event selected.
I further understand that once accepted, my booth fee is non-refundable, and I agree to adhere strictly to all designated setup and breakdown times.
